#PlungeBeard Day 10 – Rawleyisms
Goooooooooood morning! It’s Saturday. Day 10 of #PlungeBeard, and I have so many more people to thank, but first – Rawleyisms. There are so many!
Two of my current favorites are “Bye Bye Deedee” and “Truck” goes “Beep Beep!”
Bye bye, Deedee comes from the coordinator (named Deedee if you could guess!) at Fraser, where Rawley gets all his services. Every day passing her office he says “Bye bye, Deedee!” Of course that evolved into what he says to EVERYone when he says goodbye, and that’s what he was saying from the floor in today’s beard pic.
Rawley say “truck” now, too. Like a boss, I might add. And he knows what trucks say, which is pretty clear from the video. It’s so darn cute I had to share. Props to Aunt Megan and Uncle Troy for the towering Christmas present that Rawley’s been loving on!
Big Big Thanks to everyone who pledged yesterday. I’m going to have to up my goal. Mainly to get enough beardsly to last until the plunge. I just have to jump in with a beard!
First off, Helen! I’m as grateful as if you’d put a big plate of scalpies (scalpys? I’ve never had to spell that…) in front of me. You for most certain are phenomenal
And Stacy Thank you for that extra push! That Beardsly was like getting wrapped in a blanket made of Falkor hair woven by a unicorn who followed it up with a hug!
And then Megan and Andy – you wonderful newlyweds. Did you know a pledge for the polar plunge extends the honeymoon phase for an entire year? Betchya didn’t!
And last, but not least, Julie! Gah! You rock. Thank you. Pledges, of course, also make children grow (::poorly attempts thick Russian accent::) strong like bull. Not that Brexton needs it 😉
